Lineart, anatomy, shapes, composition and style look great! But where I feel you could improve is the lighting and color scheme.

The lighting seems unbalanced in some parts and there's a lack of sharpness in the ambient light coming from below.

The color scheme and shading for the buildings below look great but Spidey's shading is the part I feel sadly ruins the scheme. The main issue is that the yellow-ish lights aren't blended into the red and blue (which are heavily opposing colors to the yellow-ish light color), so it ends up looking like the like isn't light at all, but some light yellowish stains on his outfit. You can fix this by looking through the blend modes on the lighting layer and seeing which looks best! Fiddle around with opacity too!

It's great for a learning artist, my art used to look just like that back in 2016 lol

My criticism, anatomy.

The head shape seems to be really asymmetrical and based off the original character design, it's not intended. I suggest you use a mirror tool for drawing front-facing heads!

And from what I see, the head seems to be a bit more almond shaped than one would hope for this artstyle. What you want to aim for in an anime head shape is something like this:

(Not mine but it's a good enough demo)

As you can see, the head starts of the same as in your art. From bottom to up, it starts as a point for the chin, and then progressively gets wider. But where you go wrong is the forehead and up.

The shape from that point is supposed to be wider but rounds up at the tip, kind of like a semicircle. While judging by the way the hair wraps around the head on your art, the forehead and above seems to be closing to a point.

Hope this helps!!

Not sure if you're still active but this is beautiful! If you were still active, I'd be more than happy to scout you to the Art Portal because it seems you haven't been scouted yet.

I'd say your artstyle is pretty cute! I like the color scheme of the character too. Assuming this is a flat color illustration, I won't comment anything on the shading. But I would suggest you add some tiny furs poking out on the legs. It feels out of place when some parts are really scruffy while others are just completely flat, you need to create a smooth gradient of fluffiness between body parts depending on how long and how messy the fur is on each, if you know what I'm saying.
